His career spans CPG, retail, automotive, and manufacturing where he built digital platforms that transformed how companies sell, operate, and grow.

Before joining Fynite, Arif was CIO at SpartanNash and SC Johnson, where he modernized global operations, built AI-driven analytics platforms (“BI on fingertips”), and turned technology into revenue engines — tripling stock value at SpartanNash and unlocking hundreds of millions in efficiencies. At GE, GM, Bombardier, and Tyco, he delivered go-to-market transformations across manufacturing, Corporate Functions, and global services, negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor partnerships and building scalable revenue operations.

A startup operator at heart with enterprise depth, Arif knows how to build from zero to scale. He has led more than 50 M&A integrations, launched global ERP and AI platforms, and architected cloud-first models that became the foundation for commercial growth in the companies he worked at.
