As the Vice President & Global CISO at Sealed Air Corporation, Kashif architected a transformative security strategy—raising the organization’s Cyber Maturity Index from 34% to 69%, and achieving an 18% reduction in cyber insurance premiums, validated by a leading Big 4 auditor and insurer. He led a global team spanning EMEA, North America, and LATAM, personally briefing the Board and Audit Committee on cybersecurity posture each quarter.
His career includes pivotal roles as Global CISO and Head of Infrastructure at SpartanNash, and Chief Security Architect at SC Johnson. Across these positions, Kashif pioneered zero-trust frameworks, OT/IoT integration, and enterprise identity protection. He also implemented advanced cloud and on-premises ransomware controls and automated MFA across thousands of endpoints.
Kashif is rigorously credentialed, holding CISSP, CISA, and CISM certifications, along with an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School and an M.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering. His ongoing commitment to leadership and innovation is reflected in his completion of an MIT course on leadership—making him adept at applying cutting-edge best practices. At Sealed Air, Kashif collaborated with the FBI and U.S. Secret Service to bolster incident preparedness and advanced security policy. He guided secure M&A integrations for a $1 billion acquisition and embedded zero-trust principles into enterprise architecture—all while aligning security goals with organizational growth.
