After earning his MBA from the University of Illinois–Chicago, Naseem held key strategic procurement roles at major corporations such as Terex Corp and ACCO Brands, managing global sourcing programs exceeding $1 billion in spend across multiple continents.
In 2012, he founded MRA Global Sourcing, a boutique advisory and executive recruiting firm. Under his leadership, the firm has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and PE/VC-backed startups to build high-impact, globally distributed teams—earning recognition such as Rookie of the Year and ranking in the top 25% within its global network. Naseem’s entrepreneurial drive is matched by his strategic acumen: he devised global talent operations spanning China, India, the Middle East, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand, and multiple European markets.
As an industry thought leader, Naseem is the founder and editor of The Supply Times (with over 9,000 subscribers), a regular voice in publications such as Inside Supply Management, and a speaker at events like the ISM World Annual Conference.
